CRAFTED IN THE KITCHEN

Creativity is the basis of our establishment’s wide variety of dishes. Though much of the inspiration is derived from Mediterranean culinary foundation, we pride ourselves in the integration of local ingredients. Each course that is served is artfully crafted with well-balanced flavor with traditional Mediterranean preparation and Midwestern ingredients for a truly unique blend.

FRESH INGREDIENTS

Nettie’s Volta sources as much of our ingredients from local establishments as possible. Located in the heart of farm country Wisconsin, local farmers and producers are the main providers of our produce and meats. Each season brings a new variety of ingredients through foraging, as well. Fresh mushrooms, ramps, fiddle heads, berries, watercress, and more are all native to the area and add an extra range of flavor to our culinary creations.
